I talked to John on the phone twice, and both times he spent the entire conversation trying to convince me to go elsewhere. He said he was not qualified to help me, even though his website said he specialized in what I needed. This did not make sense until I realized that he was using these phone calls to charge my program for his "consulting" services. But there was no actual legal advice on my situation, and we probably spent a total of 30 seconds discussing my case, so that was not accurate. While helping me find another attorney does not mean time charges. He was trying to make a fast money grab and move on to his next highest-paying case, and he used me to do it.
