Summary of Customer Feedback: Positive for Skyberg Law Offices. The husband and I have only had excellent interactions. The attorney was knowledgeable, proactive, and compassionate. I would strongly recommend him as an attorney. Negative for Skyberg Law. Do not get this guy worst lawyer in town I'm telling you listen (Yelp, 2022). Draws the case out. Has no plan of action. Asks client for advice even though this is what he is supposed be well versed in. Very passive. Seems lost when the fight gets Tough. Positive Review. I had a very positive experience with Attorney Skyberg as my divorce lawyer. He strives to move things along and finds ways to save time which reduces fees. I might add he and his office staff are helpful and very compassionate in a difficult time. Don't choose a lawyer that will try to "drag things out" as my ex did. It'll cost you. Choose an attorney that is ethical as Attorney Skyberg is. His fees are reasonable also, and I highly recommend. Negative Review. I don’t recommend him as a guardian ad litem in three yrs he’s never met my grandchildren for which he was appointed to act in their best interest. Has never conducted an independent investigation called any wittness and even though casa has said the children need family interact the court won’t allow it and he’s never question it. Tax payer are paying him and he does nothing. I know some of you have posted positive reviews against this person but one thing to remember is when he’s representing you and you’re paying the bill he’s a good lawyer. I had him as my lawyer many years ago and he went all out from me, but then again I was paying that bill when the children are represented by the state and the states paying him to be a guardian of light him. It’s a whole Nother story if you ever end up in a predicament like a divorce or a CPS case, and a guardian of light pointed request that he not be the one he seems to be the county’s favorite instead of having a rotating list that somebody else’s appointed after each case he seems to be the only one that’s ever appointed as guarding the items and I believe that’s because he falls in line with what the county wants to do. He actually told me when I says aren’t you gonna interview anybody or investigate because the statue said you’re required to do an independent investigation and he says no I go strictly by what CPS says. I had to have his wife blocked from my Facebook page because she was trolling me. Negative Review. It seemed like I was wasting his time during my free consultation. I would never recommend him to anyone. Positive Conclusions. I’ve known Attorney Skyberg for years and I can tell you that whenever we meet he never reschedules, always professional and will give the best solution on the direction you should take (Yelp, 2022).
