Sterling Lawyers, LLC Customer Feedback Summary Several customers noted that the flat fee means Sterling Lawyers, LLC (Sterling) will not respond, and the treatment is horrible for advocating for your children. They will not fight for you but will ask you to accept your children getting the short end of the stick. They claim that a regular retainer and hourly rate balance out anyway and you will be pushed to close a case to save them money before they ask for more. One reviewer's ex-partner used to live in California, and hence she could not handle his paternity case. They also said that the explanation they provided was not very detailed, privacy laws were mentioned, and since both live in Texas and the child is also based there, it was a weird rule. However, not everything is bad at Sterling. Some clients rated the company as great, and they had a wonderful experience. Ellen was incredible and offering results. What a team! 2 thumbs up! Many thanks. Was told I could contact with any questions after the paperwork was all done, and either I missed some details, or something, but, can't get a response now that the court date was near. And now, we are on our second rescheduling because of paperwork things that I am confused about. Want full help with a case must pick one of the higher level packages.
