He is warm, calm, patient and reassuring even when having to explain and reexplain things to us and to answer our questions, many more than once. His staff are equally professional, responsive and supportive. They promptly return calls and emails and provide additional information and support we didn't know we needed but they thought would be helpful to us. Their customer service is excellent in every way. Peter is an experienced estate attorney. He also has experience in eldercare law.
