911 heating & Air installed an electric water heater. This water heater was not installed correctly it was installed backwards the water heater has been giving me many many problems and when I called 911 heating I was told they will charge me a service fee even though they installed the water heater backwards this is unprofessional work 911 heating should refrain from sending out untrained staff to install water heaters very unprofessional work
