Reliable As a child, fitness was my passion that I have pursued actively. At 12, I created running and workout programs. I later ran NCAA Division 1 Cross Country during high school, and in college, I did Track. My interest in fitness led me to pursue a degree in Human Performance to understand how the body functions and moves. After my Masters, I worked as a personal trainer in the gym industry. However, in 2012, I noticed that the sector did not treat its customers well. Big box gyms were no longer viewing members as human beings with goals and barriers but as money. I no longer felt that I was an honest person, and I needed to change. I needed a fitness community that reflected our collective goals and barriers, an environment where my passions - fitness, beer, and dogs- could be connected. Brew Fitness was born in 2017. We are a collection of fitness enthusiasts who value community as much as fitness. Come try our many classes, personal training available for every goal, both in-person and online.
