Heritage Senior Living

Heritage Senior Living was born in 2000 from a need for quality senior housing seen by architect and developer Milo Pinkerton. After more than ten years of development success, Pinkerton founded Heritage Senior Living. His parents needed help, so he combined his love for development with a commitment to residents, creating home-like senior living communities at multiple levels, including Independent Living and Assisted Living. MSP Real Estate was founded in 1988, and MSP and Heritage have since focused on high-quality property developments within strategic markets. Heritage now has 16 Wisconsin locations that are homes to over 2000 residents and shelters for over 650 caregivers.
