Most of the spa clients, especially massage and facial treatments' customers, had positive feedback about their experiences. A review stated that the salon and spa are the best in Milwaukee and Kelli gives excellent customer service that is worth the visit. They were grateful for the same-day, short notice appointment given to a group of them. The salon and spa was described as the most luxurious and well-maintained. Though several reviews were happy with the salon, recommendations were made for customers to plan ahead of their cost as cash was mostly used to tip. In a nutshell, most spa clients recommended the salon and some even had appointments to see Kelli and Susan. The salon and spa experiences were unforgettable because of the technical know-how and sink bed service.
