Mercy Health Services

Mercy Health Services is a smaller nursing facility that was established in 1984 in Burnham Heights, Wisconsin. It is situated conveniently to the Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, Ascension St. Francis Hospitals, Milwaukee VA Medical Center, and Aurora West Allis Medical Center, where patients can be transferred for more acute care needs. Being small, we can focus on resident care, families, and the facility. Mercy has won the Silver - Achievement in Quality Award 2020 from the American Health Care Association (AHCA/NCAL). There are three levels to the Award Program, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In particular, this award recognizes our commitment to quality and our work in building and successfully deploying protocols and systems to address the risk and needs of our homes and ensure a consistent high level of quality care to our patients.
