I retract the raving review I gave Rudolfo at Perez Landscaping in Oct, 2022 when he leveled and seeded my front lawn. He told me I have very good soil. This spring 2023, I noticed it was very patchy. I have contacted Rudolfo no less than 5 times since early June 2023, to come and reseed, which is guaranteed. Each time he has promised to come, however I have not seen him yet. I’ve watered most days this summer and went away for the weekend and came home to brown grass. My backyard lawn did NOT turn brown. Don’t bother calling them!
