The Milwaukee Veterinary Clinic is located within the heart of the city’s downtown area, immediately adjacent to the Milwaukee Riverwalk. It was founded to provide quality veterinary care to the many cats and dogs living in the neighborhood and surrounding communities. We are proud to be a part of the Grounds for Growth project. Our clinic employs three full-time veterinarians, and we have thousands of clients and patients from both the local neighborhood and the greater Milwaukee area.
Our clinic has changed over the last 30 years to meet our clients' current needs. We offer a full range of preventive care and treatment options for sick and injured pets. This includes vaccines that help young animals protect themselves from common infectious diseases, to treating dogs with distemper and cats with feline infectious peritonitis. Our orthopedics services have often been affordable and comprehensive, with each procedure receiving the same level of expertise as at a specialty clinic. These services are available at the Milwaukee Veterinary Clinic because you want them to be as easy to access as possible.
We can help our neighbors with the general practice care they need. Our veterinarians and trained staff are available for both routine and emergency care (as well as medical and surgical emergencies) during normal business hours. We try to accommodate all people, with no extra charges for office calls or exams. We also accept most forms of payment and offer our clients a discount for services rendered according to their budgets. We also house large numbers of patients, and our lobby is often bustling with activity as clients and their dogs pass through our doors. We also accept weekend and evening cases for emergencies and routine care.
Everyone at our veterinary clinic is family to us. We have served not only the city of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas and the state of Wisconsin, but also the entire Midwestern and Midwestern regions. We have always been grateful for the trust and support of the community both past and present. We are committed to providing the highest level of general practice care with a gentle touch, to ensure that your pet has a safe and happy life in the beautiful city of Saint Paul.
Reviews Summary
The feedback sounds very positive overall. There are plenty of reviews mentioning the affordable nature of the clinic as well as the staff's compassion. The encounter with sick pets, in some cases until it ends with euthanasia, was also respected by most reviewers. Per of the rating, longevity and moral support indicated the customers loyalty to the establishment. However, there are still personal stories that acknowledge the difficult nature of pet euthanasia but applaud the staff's support and empathy. It would be nice to have a summary feature, but the majority of reviews are complimentary and it's a personal benchmark.
