Tax-Air's origins were humble at first. Initially established in 1977 with only one customer and a desire to be the premier air freight provider in the Midwest, it soon became apparent that our approach was sound. Recognised for its outstanding attention to detail, the company quickly became household names. With time, we expanded. Tax-Air was the foremost Wisconsin airfreight firm by its first decade. We trace our success to the many leading industry experts we have always attracted and kept over the years. Our crew includes individuals who take pride in their work and decided to avow Tax-Air's goals and mission. Of course, we wished to move our truckload customers as efficiently as we had moved them by air. Hence, when deregulation came, we felt our methods could operate for the LTL (less-than-truckload) client (Joerres, 2017). We empower Tax-Air workers to provide excellent customer experiences (Johansen & Casse, 2015). Consequently, Tax-Air customers have long regarded the company as the premier trucking company and premier industry leader. We encourage this and ensure that "The Customer. The Customer. The majority of responses are positive and say it's a great place to work, with people saying they liked the working atmosphere, there were a lot of good and hardworking people, and they had a lot of support.The work varied, and people seemed to like that, with one person even saying, “They move a ton of fright! never an idle moment.”The response felt a bit odd because the person who wrote it didn't seem happy with their job and may have had a bad day. The person also seems to think they are better than others, seeing as they said, "They hire illiterate drivers that cannot read. They need to learn the rule of the road. Idiot drivers." A similar response, this time positive from someone who worked there for a long time, saying they have good experiences and feel lucky to work at a trucking company as "very nice as this one."
