Why I state this is because he failed to attend the hearing. This is still with court records, and he did not attend. This is on record at 8:52 am. So the amended charge was not filed correctly. If Walter was there, this would not have happened. Now I have to deal with Illinois and Wisconsin to ensure the charges are dropped for the speeding. I think this was the basic need for a lawyer to ensure the case is correctly amended. Concerning the amended part of the case....this was my first time to get a speeding ticket, and I have never had any infraction ever.
