I gave all my 11:30 am info over the phone to a really good person for a Civil Suite. They text me for a 7:00 pm call, I said yes. They never called. Almost 24 hours later. Firm scheduled an appointment, at their word, for an initial appointment. However, the attorney called on a Sunday at 7:57 am 2 weeks later, instead of being available at the scheduled time. I was told I would have to reschedule out two weeks and when I explained the inconvenience they had caused I was told the appointment would have to be pushed out another two weeks. After writing this review, the attorney only called once an hour after it was posted (despite calling and leaving a voicemail), showing the firm is not reliable in communication or customer service. Covid pandemic and the lawyers kept scheduling and rescheduling. I never spoke to the lawyer.
