Replacement girl is all about how wonderful the ins co is. Homeless in the car at -10° & no hot meals while trying to put your leg up really sux. Other choice is a car accident guy with no idea of comp. Then ol girl will call the cops saying how you do cartwheels with shotgun crutches. The only thing that will save you is their lobby camera. Suppose if you got a big money case they'll be ok.3. My wife and I worked with John and Sydney and were very pleased with the experience. They both are very kind, thorough, and helpful. We felt very supported and properly looked after throughout the entire process.4. Does not return calls, take cases, or keep you informed at all. Find a caring law office, this one must have lost its glory! I should've known years ago after the affair incident involving one of the attorneys. Morals and standards dropped. Then after paying on my bill for the last 10 years they sent me an email stating they will charge a $100 late fee every month they do not get that they want. Reached out multiple times to talk to someone on legal advice. Kept getting referred to a Sydney but she never seemed to be available so they would ask me to leave a voicemail. I've left at least 3 different voicemails and never hear a response. She did try to reach out ONE time and when I missed the called I called back in 5 minutes and she was back to unavailable. Still no responses to the voicemails I left after that missed call... Terrible service for people looking for help in hard times.12.
