Remley Law, S.C. Reviews
Exciting law firm. The firm helped us through a rough time; everyone we worked with was excellent. Still, Renee Reed was particularly incredible! She got me out of a sticky situation without breaking the bank.
My thoughts about the guardian ad litem appointed in our case are very devastating and will forever leave a bad memory to my family. I brought issue-based on abuse that affected me and my children. I think it was not well-addressed, and I was not given the attention it deserves. I thought that the guardian was supposed to observe and notice all the warning signs and have my children well represented. Otherwise, the kind of representation that my children got was not healthy. A lot of issues were not well taken care of, and I believe that it did not help in giving the children a better life. The guardian was so close to the lawyer of my ex, which also brought some questions about his impartiality, and this led to some of the decisions made, which I feel were not in the best interest of the children. I believe that the law firm lacks a strong understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse in a family court environment. These cases require empathy, training, and a profound understanding of the dynamics involved qualities that are less encountered here. There were some positive signs in the later stages of the case but the earlier mistakes done permanently caused the problems. My thoughts and input would encourage the law firm to handle such issues with more caution and preparedness. Perceive the law firm as perfect. Assistant and Shelly are always available and helpful. They are very responsive and have helped out with our business needs. This law firm is beyond in the handling of issues, and their rates are very reasonable.
One of the most accurate and efficient law firms I have ever worked with.
Although your company could not handle the situation as per my expectations, you were quick to respond to my email and refer me to other available options. I appreciate your help in advance.
