About this business

Feedback from Customers 1. This firm is very professional, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping my family during a difficult time. 2. A relative left me a house in a trust from this law firm. I called the firm to let them know of the death and to ask questions, adding that there might be other items. We agreed to meet at a later date to discuss further. Then my immediate family said to use the family lawyer for probate. When canceling the meeting, they said I owed $1,000 because there was a prepared deed ready to sign. Okay, it made sense. I called the law firm to discuss the fees. I found out that the lawyer did the work at over $400 an hour instead of having a paralegal do the work at $120. I should pay a total amount of $300-$400 after $1,000. So, the whole thing seems shady, but I believe it was very, very, very poor communication and a lack of fiduciary responsibility to the client. 3. Jeremy Klang is a great lawyer. I recommend him. He took care of everything. Thank you Jeremy! 4. My spouse and I used Andrew Otto to design and formalize an estate plan and trust. It was complicated, but Andrew was fantastic during the process. He listens carefully, asks questions, and documents every conversation, with excellent notes and next steps. His insights and expertise were very helpful. The prices were fair, and the final bill was as quoted. They were prompt, communicative, and professional, and now we have total confidence about the estate plan's implementation. I would highly recommend Andrew and the company! 5. Alex Ferrone was a great help in the professional contract negotiations. Consulted him on several other business issues. He is very attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and always concerned about the client's interests. I would strongly recommend reaching out for any legal needs. 10/10! 6. Very poor after-sales service. I called the company on Monday for help with wills, estate planning, and trusts. It's Friday. They promised to return the call by Tuesday. No one returns calls. It doesn't inspire much confidence in their process. 7. Good lawyers. Used for business and personal issues. 8. I recently attended a seminar hosted by Patrick Ruelle on estate law at Schober, Schober & Mitchell. He had an in-depth understanding of wills, estate planning, and trusts. He explained the significance of each and the process, motivating me to get started. I will seek his expertise to get my family’s matters in order. 9. I cannot receive a response from this company via email. Yet bills keep coming in. There are many ignored emails and no communication except the bills. 10. I would not recommend this law firm. I have had an open case with Schober Schober & Mitchell SC. Patrick Ruelle and I worked on my case for two years. It was a straightforward case, but it dragged on. In two years, they provided very minimal information, most of which was worthless and unsatisfactory information that failed to solve my problem. At most, I got wrongful statements and a closed case. Patrick gave me a comprehensive game plan and failed to follow through or respond to my last message. It’s been over four months without a reply from Patrick, and even their senior partner wouldn’t get back to me. My case was not a big money maker, but they agreed to assist. I am extremely disappointed with their services after two years. I am back to square one, thousands of dollars lost for the services. This Company took advantage of me!
