Source: SuperLawyers Mr. Ceman was hired to represent my son on felony charges of criminal damage to property and assault and battery on a law enforcement officer in the first degree. The results were better than I could have ever hoped for. The assault on a law enforcement officer charge was dismissed, and the criminal damage charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. My son directed his rage toward a group of people on the street rather than the officer in question. Due to a considerable amount of alcohol ingestion, he was very belligerent toward responding law enforcement officers. At one point, he knocked a phone out of an officer’s hand and was arrested.
