Client Review Summary: 1. Why in the hell do they even have a law firm??. Most unprofessional law firm around. They will ghost you. Very hard to reach out. They don't know what they're doing, especially with immigration law.2. DO NOT RECOMEND3. I would like to give a shout out to anyone needing an attorney to look up Cottle, Pasquale law firm for advice. They are knowledgeable in many areas of the law and willing to fight for their clients in a timely and honest manner. Attorney Pasquale is easy to understand and offers several alternatives to resolve issues. His paralegal, Billie Jo Jentsch is amazingly knowledgeable in all areas of the law and will often times give accurate definitions of legal terms, forms and procedures to help the client understand what is happening with their case and why. She was always there for me with accurate information and kind supportive words. She and Attorney Pasquale worked closely keeping new information current, working as a team. I can't say enough good things about Atty. Pasquale and Billie Jo. They got me through a difficult period in my life when I needed legal support. Attorney Pasquale handles a huge array of services, from personal injury, divorce, mediation, to criminal legal manners. Not only was he able to have my charges dismissed, he was also extremely transparent about the process, what I can expect and how the court will perceive my circumstances. He is an amazing lawyer...and an amazing partner!8. I had hired Rachel for my divorce case. She was horrible!!! Very unknowledgeable and seemed to support my ex. When it came to child support he cried (literally) so she lowered it to 14% for two children. I was on cut hours at the time yet she worried about him. Then he moved out of the house first so she made it that I was responsible for mortgage and utilities until the house sold. I almost had to foreclose on it. She was charging me for calls she never made to me. I was keeping track of them all and the minutes. Her excuse was she charged me for the messages left on my phone. Yet I had none for those days. I had went in the office to drop off bank statements as she requested I provide all past ones for review. She talked about how her legs were sore from working out and then on my next bill she charged for office conference. her workout had nothing to do with my case. All she cares about is how much money she could get from me. All of this isn’t even the worst. Because of her negligence I only have shared costody of my children. I now get to lose out on half of their lives, half of holidays, half of birthdays.9. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel Laborde as she navigated the legal process on my behalf. In the preparation and delivery of my case, Rachel was an empathetic listener and a realist regarding my options,was concerned about my expenses, and was a persistent advocate for a fair resolution. He spent a half hour without charging me anything guiding me on how to handle my problem. together we came up with solutions that at this time will not require an attorney. He told me to try the options and that if I needed him in the, future he would be there for me. He took the time to listen to me and sent me on the right path. He has the making to be a great attorney. He cares and is just not in it for monetary gain. He's in it for what's right for the people who come to him. Highly recommend him.12. Attorney Mehlos recently persuaded the prosecutor to dismiss homicide charges in a highly publicized case up in Marathon County. He helped defend my dad in a case that most people wouldnt even think about trying to take. He came in, working many many hours researching facts, other cases of similarities, talking to experts in memory, for an accusation of 24 years ago. After 1.5 years, finally had our court date happening. After 4 days of court and 4 hrs of deliberation, my dad was found innocent. This is what Corey does. He puts full effort into his cases.
