HKK Law Offices Feedback Summary Customer feedback summary: 1. I visited with attorney Ryan Kautzer, which was informative and helped me settle my decisions. As always very pleasant. 2. It was really comforting and understanding. Very pleasant feeling from my very first lawyer visit 3. I went for a consultation and feel it went well. The staff were great and quite friendly. The lawyer I saw was fresh out of school so I felt she was very up to date on laws and how to develop plans for estate planning. So far, I feel everything went well and I will go ahead and utilize their services. 4. Megan and Jessica did a great job on our trust and will. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated. They are knowledgeable and professional. 5. Kyle and the staff are amazing! They are friendly, professional, and diligent. They are patient and thorough and always there for you when needed. I highly recommend them. 6. My experience from the very beginning was awesome. I felt comfortable, and my concerns were heard and answered. 7. Attorney Kaufman was very helpful answering our questions in a polite and professional manner. 8. I showed up a little late for the consultation, but Megan still eagerly worked with me. She was a pleasant and caring person and very informative concerning the matters with my fathers estate. I do recommend her if you have concerns with your estate planning because of her compassionate demeaner and ability to listen to and hear your concerns. She also follows through with providing the necessary information and forms which she agreed to provide me by email after the meeting was concluded. Thank you Megan, you made the meeting very comfortable and stress free. 9. Went to HKK to get an update on some legal paperwork. I was pleased that Attorney Kautzer took his time with me and went over all my questions until I felt comfortable we what I came in for. They also made arrangements for me to pick up the paper work in their Random Lake location. Everyone I had contact with during my experience with HKK were fantastic! Really enjoyed them all. I know I will be using HKK Law offices for my future estate planning. Highly recommend. 10. We paid this law firm far too much money for the level of argument skill Attorney Jacob Birenbaum LACKED in the courtroom! It was beyond disappointment to sit back and watch, we could have gone without an attorney had we known he wasn’t going to even TRY standing up for his client on the big day. It was a child support/medical insurance hearing & just one example of many opportunities to request from the other party was any sort of PROOF she carried insurance on her children was completely missed, not only did the judge just take her word at face value without verification of said coverage but this PAID attorney didn’t even attempt to have it called out for the LIE that it was. Talk about robbery and complete lack of justice- might as well give all the deadbeats a big shiny trophy too! If you want satisfaction in the courtroom do NOT hire these people, they just blamed the judge. Disappointed is an understatement!! Never again. 11. If I could give zero I would this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I wanted child support raised simple right? Well 18 months later and 20k wasted I got it raised however got zero back pay because my lawyer sat there saying nothing while my kids deadbeat mother sat there and lied for 45 min straight. He never challenged her asked for proof or when the opportunity came to call my wife to the stand he didn't despite me encouraging it. The amount of time and stress I put in and went through just to line these people's pockets and get next to nothing in return should be criminal. Yes child support was raised and I will need to get it for the next 18 months just to recoup what I paid these people to fail me. They got me my day in court and did nothing to insure it was a success, I could have done what they did for free I paid them so I had a voice and all I got during the hearing was silence from them. UPDATE: They said to call so they can make it right, I did left a message and what a surprise no response so disregard w.e. they put they have done nothing before and now AFTER as well. 12. I had a consultation with Kyle Kaufman, and even though he couldn't help me, he offered tremendous assistance anyway. Turns out his law office isn't located where it would be plausible to represent me, but he listened to me, gave me some excellent advice, and gave me a recommendation for an attorney that was in a better position to help. That level of honesty, and being willing to help with nothing to gain, is very much appreciated. 13. I want to leave a review. They have been absolutely amazing people. I think that they have compassion for people that they're not just looking to be paid. My attorney Kaufman has been such a really amazing person. He told me why he wants to be a lawyer because he's been through certain things, and it moved him to want to be a lawyer because he has been wronged in certain areas regarding the law. And I think that really helped me and it moves me and I appreciate it when I work with him.I feel like he actually has compassion. He understands that he's not just doing a job that he wants to actually help people and feels for them this because he cares. I feel understoodand that matters to me I don't feel judged and they know what they are doing you can trust them they will make the best decision no matter your situation you won't go wrong when u partner with them if I have to have a court order in future I would choose them and attorney Kauffman again the whole team is amazing. 14. He was very nice and informative. Answered every question I had as best as he could and put a lot of worries at ease. 15. I worked with Attorney Kyle Kaufman, on a lengthy and very challenging case that lasted several years. Throughout this difficult journey, Kyle was incredibly dedicated, always putting in countless hours of research and effort to navigate complex legal matters. His commitment to my case and his attention to detail made all the difference, especially during some of the most distressing times. It was so comforting to know I had someone so caring and thoughtful by my side. In addition to Kyle's leadership, the legal assistants (Shari, Patrice, Kim), paralegals (Jessica, Heather), and law clerk (Meg) who worked alongside him played a crucial role. Given the length of the case, several individuals contributed their time and attention to ensure things continued to run smoothly.
