Client testimonials: 1. First firm willing to help me in a civil matter. Other firms in Sheboygan either did not respond or didn’t/couldn’t help. He told me dates when things should be completed and I wouldn't hear for weeks, so I’d again have to send another email or call, in which I had to pay for to get some kind of an idea of what was going on. Very unprofessional and unethical lawfirm. I can only speak from my experience with Oliver Bauer, but he uses witnesses that lie on the stand. I made him aware that purjery was committed, and the same witness was used as a credibility witness on another court date.6. Paul was great.7. Do not....I repeat do not hire Herbert Humke unless you want to be ignored. Tells you that you can't afford to file contempt of court!!! Tell you what Herbert I will take my money elsewhere.8. They care about their clients and are efficient. Great to work with.9. UPDATE: I filed a grievance against Atty Paul Dirkse with the state of Wisconsin OLR (Office of Lawyer Regulations). They recently came to a conclusion that he had violated several code of conduct rules and was therefore privately reprimanded by the state. I pray that another person does not experience what I have with Paul Dirkse and his colleague (Herbert Humke). It was a very unprofessional and stressful situation. (Posted in 2023) I would highly recommend choosing another law firm. A few years back I attained Paul Dirkse for some estate issues with a family member. He was helpful in the beginning, but after a while he became “frustrated” with how it was progressing and essentially stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. After not hearing from Paul for over a year, he contacted me this past March to apologize for his poor treatment towards me and said that he wanted to make it up to me. I was talked into coming into his office to meet with him and Atty Herbert Humke to see if there was anything that they could do regarding the estate issues. They both had a positive outlook and gave me renewed hope. At that time, I was told that a letter was going to be sent to the family member, regarding the estate issues, and that I would get a copy. After a few weeks, I contacted Herbert Humke to ask what the status was and at that time he told me a letter was sent at the end of April and that he would get me a copy. A few more weeks go by and still no copy of the letter. I tried contacting Herbert Humke several times over the next several months and did not receive any kind of a response from him or a copy of the letter. Two weeks ago I tried to contact Paul and Herbert by phone and left them messages with no response from either of them. A week ago
