I had a horrible experience with this place. I went here because of a referral from a family member, and it did not turn out well. I purchased a computer the first week of September 2025, and from the time I bought it until I finally called the store to report the issues the computer was having was approximately 9 weeks. I had been having all sorts of problems with this computer (I have a list of 8 different problems which I explained), and the individual I spoke to blamed me for all of them. Then, in addition to that, he accused me of not paying for their subscription service even though I had already paid when I purchased the computer and had an active credit card on file for the following monthly subscription fees. Then he accused me of yelling at him which I was not (my sister heard the whole conversation) and in the end just hung up on me. So now I am stuck with this piece of junk computer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - if there is a problem it will be your fault and you will not get any real help.
