Recent Client Reviews 1. My experience with this firm was exceptional. Many lawyers wouldn't even look at my case. Considering my unique situation and the town i was ticketed in, Mr. Buchanan fixed my issue in the best possible way. Very thankful he did this for me. If you would like to hire a lawyer, I highly recommend this firm. Also, if you contact them, they will promptly reply if not available. A+. If it weren't for him, my life could be drastically different. 2. My experience with Bucher, Wolff & Sonderhouse, LLP. Mr Wolff says he emails clients on a regular basis if they ask him to. It's 2022 and its the 21st century. if a client asks you for updates then it should be answered whether there is an update or not.The customer demands this and so do the courts. The other thing I would like to mention is the issue with the billing. I was under the assumption that my case would only be a cost of 25k. Four months later, I get a bill for 16k. I don't understand what this is for. I spent $25 to have Mr Wolff email two people. Since I am having a criminal case, Mr Sonderhouse is more suited to take me. I would much prefer to see a lawyer that enjoys his job. Otherwise, it's a waste of my time. It should be noted that it was not Mr Wollf’s fault that i was unhappy. He was simply trying to keep me happy. I highly recommend this firm. Mr Sonderhouse really addressed the issue. My issue was resolved in a few hours which was great. It was resolved quickly and effectively. Mr. Wolff is good-hearted. 3. I got my problem solved in one week. You guys are so good at your job; how did you do what would take others a month. You are beyond comparison. You made everything seem so easy. This law firm is great. I recommend them to anyone needing legal services. The office staff were very nice and their work was excellent, the paralegals were great as well. I can't complain about anything. 4. I’ve just used this team for a legal issue i had been dealing with for awhile. They were able to get it figured out for me in a few days. Great communication and customer service. I was able to reach them by phone and email and they always got back to me. Great experience and would use them again. 5. It was done in a very timely manner. The office and assistant was very good. Would recommend this firm.
