I went to MANY attorneys in the state of WI and IL and every one of them said they wouldn't touch it because of the complexity and the fact they were class C felonies. It was a life altering decision I will never forget. I had a decent amount of time to make it when I was looking for representation. The first attorney I heard of was Donna Kuchler, by word of mouth from a family friend. I had set up an appointment to talk. She was the only attorney that reviewed my case before my appointment (she printed it out and read the details of the case) and after that moment I knew she was the one I wanted to go with. The care that she and the attorney that was helping her (Jason Findling) showed me before, during (a VERY long year, going to trial), and after (since they dismessed both of my charges in the court during my case) was something that was unmatched by any other attorney that I consulted before my trial. It was her and Jason's work together that made it possible for my charges to be dismissed in the time of my trial. I could not be more grateful for these two amazing attorneys.
