The lady that customized my denture plate and partial did such an amazing job that no one in my family even knows that I have dentures. Absolutely gorgeous dentures and life-changing results! As a first-time denture wearer, I was anxious, but Candice, the lab technician, made the process smooth and reassuring. She did a fantastic very thorough adjustment which greatly improved my comfort. The on-site laboratory does amazing work. Highly recommend! NOTE: 3wks post-oral surgery. Wearing immediate dentures. 4. Awful place to go for dental care. They are rude everyone of them. They will charge you a fee if you miss appointments or didn’t cancel which I get but what’s wrong is they had canceled my wife’s Appointment more then once and still sent a bill to pay for missed appointment that they canceled for the dentist not being there. The Dentist he doesn’t care he doesn’t take time to answer your concerns he always acts like he’s in a hurry worst dental place I’ve ever been to do not recommend. 5. They are the best! Hands down best dentist I've been too! There super nice, patient, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure your happy with the work they do. 6. Went to my appointment, excited to get teeth again. I had great expectations. They canceled my Appointment because I didn't confirm it two days before. I live up a holler and then up a holler. No cell service. Twenty dollars in gas wasted. I held up my end of the appointment. I have another August 31 at 2:15. I confirm that I’ll be there. I make appointments with people to sell chicken eggs and quail eggs. I always do my job. YOU CANCELED me! READ WHAT THEY SAID! My next appointment was confirmed! Im another 20$ and 2 hours of my life wasted. I confirmed and you agreed. I WOULD TRUST THEM. 7. Took several months to get teeth. The bottom teeth have not fit since I got them. They made adjustments when I got them and I scheduled a second appointment to adjust. The person said I would have to buy some adhesive to keep them in place instead of admitting they would need to make a new bottom set. I’m so tired of dealing with them. Front desk staff is friendly but it’s easy to be friendly when you aren’t doing anything but being friendly. And now the top plate is trying to fall apart. For someone that was so excited to work with them I must say I am very disappointed in them 8. Great service and patient care. 9. Ok so this was and still is the absolute worst experience ever. My dentures never fit. When they placed the immediate dentures it felt like my top was jabbing me in my throat and bottoms rocked. Went the next day for the adjustment and that literally made them worse. Idk who it was who adjusted but he definitely was not trained. My bottoms literally never ever fit again like nothing held them in place. My tops were still too long and not I have pretty deep holes in my cheek and jaw and to make it worse I can't even open my mouth halfway up. I would not EVER recccomend 10. Myself and my 3 children have been to the Beckley facility. We were treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Very informative and attentive. We will definitely continue going here for treatment. 11. staff are always friendly and efficient. Jess, typically cleans my teeth and she’s the best! Shannon, is very helpful and answers any questions I have. 12. staff is amazing at what they do and everyone is very nice! absolutely recommend going here! 13. I’d give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and cruel people, couldn’t be more heartless. They do not care if you have a dental emergency. They have zero sense of urgency and are incompetent. Don’t even bother. 14. Their staff is impossible. Extremely rude, unsympathetic, and treat patients like they are just a check to them. Do NOT go here if you want to be treated with respect. Awful facility. Spreading the word to everyone I know that this place is awful. 15. If you have severe anxiety this is NOT the place for you! & you will be referred to get Anastasia, because basically they don’t want you there acting like that. I completely understand how dangerous the scenarios could be if I was too move while getting fillings. I didn’t scream and I raised my hand when I needed to stop. I was told that they can’t have someone come in here like that because of young kids and they get scared seeing someone panic. Mind you I have a son of my own. My appointment was at 3 I didn’t get back there until 4 i was the last patient there for the day. I don’t think that is fair. Personally I think they just don’t want to work on someone that takes up to much time. I was disappointed in myself because I have always been good at a dentist. I did have 1 bad experience in my past not long ago But have a was a little patient with people it’s not very hard. What are you going to do when a teenager needs fillings, and they’re scared? Just recommend all of them to be put under? Making someone’s experience at a dentist is all on how you have patience with them. Through scary times and through easy time. I think the dentist was great I just wish I wasn’t being “referred” somewhere else because of this. So I pretty much am not allowed back. Anyways Thank you for getting my filling finished. I appreciate it and I hope to hear back from you guys about staying with you guys. I feel like I can do better the next time with some ear buds. Sorry that I probably made you nervous. I was nervous too.
