If you want your elderly parent to lose everything, this is the lawyer for you! I consulted this lawyer about my mother, who Suffer from Dementia was giving large sums of money to scammers. The lawyer simply told her, ‘It’s your money, you can do what you want,’ without addressing her mental health or the ongoing exploitation. As a result, my mother has continued to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. I am disappointed that the lawyer did not suggest protective legal options or take the situation seriously. I would not recommend this lawyer for cases involving vulnerable adults or financial exploitation. He then proceeded to tell me I have no rights to know about my dad's probate case which I'm involved in btw and kicked us out. Not before he continued to belittle and scream at us all on camera . Don’t waste your time with this guy. After months of suffering and grieving, my family needed an attorney for help settling an estate. When we called - all was well, he would help, etc. My parents arrived at the appointment and were expressing frustrations about experiences they have had with the funeral home and other processes, and Claude perceived everything as a personal attack towards him and kicked them out of his office and kept repeating “have a nice day” as if anyone could have a nice day after the terrible experience speaking with him. This man is NOT who you want to represent you - he is condescending and not understanding. He is in everything for the money and the money only. He does not want to help you or your family get through a hard time. Rather, he causes more trauma. A client should NEVER be spoken to this way regardless of if you can help them or not.
