So, when I stumbled upon late and nonpaying tenants in my beloved family home, I hired him and Ron was there for me every step of the way. He answered my many questions and assuaged my anxieties… much more than he needed to. He also knew the functional law so well, and his experiences and excellent record gave me much certainty in my case. I am forever grateful, and cannot recommend Ron Walters enough. He’s the guy you want in your corner when you need a great lawyer. 11) I’ve known Ron for years dating back to our time at WVU as undergrads. He’s been a long time friend, and I’ve always been impressed with his financial knowledge. So I wasn’t shocked when he went to law school and got his JD. That said, I hired Ron to help me with my Ch. 7 BK case last year. I was way in over my head, and after trying to work with lenders, I concluded that bankruptcy was my only option. I met with Ron for a free consultation, and while it nice to see and catch up with an old friend, I was in dire need of help. Ron agreed to take my case on. I paid his full fee over several payments. Sure, there were a few bumps in the road, but the bankruptcy petition was eventually filed. He prepped me for the meeting of creditors and the bankruptcy trustee. Meeting went very smoothly. Several months later, a successful discharge. I’m doing much better financially these days, and the biggest piece of advice Ron gave me was to “be patient” when it came to rebuilding my finances. I’ve had to remind myself of that several times. I highly recommend that if anyone is in financial dire straits, call Ron’s office! 12) Ron & Bev have been amazing in every aspect of us needing them. Whatever it may be, they & the entire firm have been a helping hand. They have helped us succeed in so many ways. Their time and patience is unmatched.
