Great Firm This firm was amazing to work with; my father was killed by a commercial truck driver over two years ago, and we hired Dino and his practice to help the state attorney with special investigations and to help my mother not have to deal with insurance. We got to know Dino, Travis, and Nathan well during this process, and they returned all texts calls and emails immediately during the whole process. Not only did they help the Prosecuting Attorney (PA) in WV, but they also found the independent driver and found proof he was hired by another company. Which showed how they were just as responsible for the accident. The Colombo team communicated during the whole process on what was next and what we should expect good or bad. Being a Christian family and dad a Pastor for 31 years, we are the last person to sue anyone, dad always said we need to take responsibility for our actions. We were hesitant on moving forward with a lawsuit but Dino and his team really looked out for us knowing we didn’t want to go to court and fought hard and was able to get the truth so we could move forward with a fair settlement. I loved a comment Dino made as we were closing at the end of our mediation “I want to push them for all they are worth, but I have to put my ego aside and take care of you as my client!” It was going up till the last minute, and the last offer they were going to give us was the amount we wanted.
