But I don't even know if she’d let him get my info with the way she acted over the phone and I only spoke her as turned off by the way she was acting towards me.2. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I paid him 8 thousand to retain him. Never showing up for my sought preliminary showed up ten minutes late and then we go to court he se.ds his assistant and it was a whole ten minutes for him to say yes your honor.than we get offered a deal that wasn't a deal I got the email offer 15 k which is 15 thousand keep in mind I just paid 8 thousand and my case went to circuit witch we knew was going there for months they want to get more money. They Will straight scam you do not retain3. He was very kind first off this that got a hold of me same day and I had called the assistant. and he was non informative and helpful. He helped me understand a family member situation and what could happen and a little more about the legal stuff it was very helpful because i was thinking about hiring him after talking to him in the call. He also gave me the advice just to stick with a public attorney for now and said it might cost less and it was very helpful I would say that really showed me his character and maybe i may not up truly using his service but from a quick chat, I told that he’s a good attorney. He really didn't ask the questions he should've asked. He did great about getting the police officer to admit on the stand in my trial that he pretty much wrote whatever he wanted to write in his statement. Should've been more aggressive about why they didn't have the initial video from the three different police cars have pulled me over. And After Getting charged with the recividist act “ for my second felony, first charge was from 2004 and this charge was in 2018 been arrested twice with in 14 years and am considered a career criminal and was completely maxed out on my sentence. They judge recommended I file for a motion rule 35 “which is a reconsideration of my sentence “ but Mr. Walker filed this papers late so now they denied that motion and now I have two choices just lay down and do all this time when this case obviously should’ve been thrown out from the jump. But now I’ve gotta figure out what exactly to do by myself for being misrepresented by my counsel. Hopefully I can get a refund atleast so I can afford another lawyer willing to take their time and actually fight for my case10. I thought I threw thousands of tuition dollars down the drain after my daughter was arrested. You stepped in and fixed the problem where she just walked away with a fine.11. Mr. Walker is a very good lawyer and gets right to the point. He is very influential in these areas and if you ever need help in another state (he is nationwide). I would advise you to hire him if needed another time.he always answers all questions and takes your calls at any time. He is a great lawyer and never makes him wait.
