The additional services made me like the Pineview Dermatology clinic. If I need a dermatologist in the future, I will go back to Pineview Dermatology. The clinic was recommended by my brother. The clinic prescribed a retinoid but didn't think to give me a skin routine. A month after starting the treatment, the skin got worse. The doctors suggested I change the retinoid, but didn't give me a better routine. Then they gave me another stronger retinoid. The treatment didn't help. I have ceased the acne treatment as it was frustrating. I got better results with an AI chat bot recommendations than the dermatologist. visiting the clinic was a waste of time and money. I have heard several complaints about the clinic's adverse reaction to acne. I have to find another dermatologist. The staff is cheerful and courteous. However, the clinic is mechanical.
