He not only got my record expunged in a timely manner, but he did everything needed and I never had to go in front of the judge or have a hearing! Kevin Tipton was paid to represent my husband in a spousal support case... 11 YEARS PLUS AFTER THE FINAL DIVORCE! My husband had unknowingly attempted suicide and KEVIN TIPTON COULD CARE LESS! The information that he was sent was never put together correctly and sent to the opposing party. (And we have proof! Emails and video!) He is on video leaning back in his chair during court, almost sleeping, playing with his cell phone, and doodling! He was paid $6,000 to SCREW US OVER AND PAY FOR HIS CORVETTE!! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE IF NEEDING REAL HELP!! 6. Absolutely the worst representation I have ever seen. Did not show...
