The following is feedback provided by patients that New River Health - Oak Hill Dental treated recently: 1. I left a review and realized I didn’t leave it in the dental section, and it’s important to me that people know my experience because it was wonderful. I had my first appointment there Monday, and Rhonda was the absolute best medical professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I was an anxious, nervous wreck after not being to the dentist in years! She was so compassionate and down to earth. If she were to ever change practices I would have to follow her. Dr Cochran was fantastic and between the 2 of them I know that I will return every 6 months for my visits without a single nerve following me through the door. 2. I have to say I have been to dentist in this area and not a one can compare to Kara Vossler and her assistant Christina who are both professional, gentle and definitely earn my respect and trust they down to earth friendly, caring and Kara is passionate about doing her best to save your teeth, and Christina is always on the spot making sure that you are comfortable and doing good, The receptionist, I believe her name is Jerry is always sweet and nice I was in the hospital and had to cancel my appointment a few I let them know a few days later Jerry called to check on me and see how I was doing, I am extremely grateful and blessed when I got Kara Vossler as my dentist I would not even think of look For another or going to another dentist, I feel like I with family when I’m am there 4. So your procedures will be missed or it never happened because of that. The managers will just laugh at you in a condescending way and tell you that they don't think that they can make you happy and discriminate against you if you have a service animal. The dental department will never call you back. This place is an absolute joke and needs an overhaul completely. 6. Extremely unprofessional. These doctors are not. Had appointment in june out of the blue they call cancel said the Dentist was no longer there they would haft to put me on a waiting list so today is June 30 no call ..Then today my Son and Daughter had appointment for Wednesday July and guess what got a call same story put them on a waiting list said they had no dentist. So bad Business we will be going else were. 8. The woman I talked to was extremely rude and wouldn’t answer my questions, Very unprofessional! 12. Good work for an affordable price 13. The staff is very friendly and the dentist is caring and does a great job making sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Mt Hope dental. 14. This was an amazing experience!
