Client Testimonials: “Thank you Justin Raber, Always quick, helpful and honest. Justin and Courtney are absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend this Law firm to anyone!! I’d give a 10 star if it were an option. Justin’s loyalty to his clients is very high, and you can definitely see that he loves what he does. At the Raber law firm you’re treated like family not just another number waiting in queue.” disparate “Justin absolutely did an amazing job, I was so pleased at the outcome, it started out with the judge mentioning visitations (an I was scared lol) an then Justin stepped in an just said everything that needed to be said an it all worked out in our favor, an we are beyond happy. I’d use Justin again if we ever needed, an I’ll recommend him to everyone.” diverse “Look elsewhere. Terrible experience with Justin Raber as a divorce lawyer. Wouldn't fight for me, wouldn't do the things he promised even in the courtroom, and wouldn't answer simple questions (even face to face) or call back. He also didn't tell me until our final meet that there was a major conflict of interest in who he associates with and my case. His lack of care for me as a client was evident early on. I have the evidence to prove this, to include court tapes I paid for, making promises he later declined to fulfill, as well as emails and phone calls to his office that were documented. One in particular where I was told if I wanted to speak to him, I could try and catch him at the courthouse. That's after paying a retainer and being told he won't be making a call back and I can go find him. In another, I was told I didn't need to appear but did so anyway and opposing counsel was all there and set up with their client. Had him as a lawyer for 8 months and I saw him 5 times. Once at retaining, once at the window of his office in coincidence, in a hearing where he did better representing the opposition, in another court appearance where he couldn't articulate the one point I'd stressed many times and made clear from the beginning as a simple yes or no question, and lastly to get answers why he was doing so badly to determine if I'd keep him. You won't reach him either, so you'll talk to a secretary every time, and he doesn't call back. I have my new lawyer's cell and can call directly or text, and his record-keeping and sharing of official documents is actually present to his clients, where that was absent with Raber's office. Opposing counsel also claimed to fail in getting important documents he was supposed to send that I had provided previously, long before firing him. Got another lawyer and almost immediately got the life-changing things my children and I were asking of Raber, but didn't receive. Everything he had a hand in seems to have been botched, and it's extremely disappointing. Raber's inadequacies have even been seen since and brought up in motions since his removal where it was observed he didn't follow up or do what he promised. Filing a formal complaint against Justin Raber, with proof of complete lack of care for my case and my children unless he reaches out and makes it right. Will also share my experience with those in the community. I cannot ethically recommend him to anyone” diverse “Tax payers of Wood County WV, especially parents. Have any of you googled his name or watched the news. He is the President of the Board of Education. Search “Slow down for the holidays”. See what he and others are accused of doing. One website said the gift cards are not accounted for. Don’t be sheep, stand up for our children. Has he been found guilty yet? A GAL. My son was a “client”. Its a shame he was paid by tax dollars to not do his job. Videos and non-existent paperwork. Ethics and morals show character. Hopefully in 4 years Trump works his way to West Virginia. Document and print everything people of Wood County.” Hiring Justin Raber, a licensed attorney in WV, is a step in the right direction, and he has the experience to provide legal help to those looking for an attorney in WV.
