The process from the first phone call to Bordas & Bordas, the first office that answered the phone, to when I received my settlement was great. Mr. McCabe was knowledgeable and gave clear communication as to what he could do for me. All expectations were met and received the maximum allowed insurance settlement. Bordas firm with Teena Miller atty handled my car accident case and charged a “reasonable fee.” You only receive insurance coverage, so if they have state minimums coverage, that is all you get. Teena did a “great job” for me. She was always open and transparent with me. She informed me there were limits and worked with what she had. They did what the law would allow. Thank you Bordas Law....3. I gave Bordas and Bordas a chance when I should not have. A long time ago, I was in a car accident. After numerous months of Jamie Bordas working on my case, he “knew the gentleman” and it was a conflict. Wouldn’t you have known this at the beginning? So now I have a slip and fall. I needed a response. I now got told they don’t have time. I would never trust Bordas again. They are a “cocky law firm” and honestly the only reason they are known is because they do things for the community. I will give them that. If you want a real attorney well I would not refer you to this law firm.4. The first lawyer that took my case made me almost give up. With Jamie Bordas, everything went well. Jamie contacted me at every step along the way and answered all questions and concerns that I had. He was able to “negotiate a settlement outside of court” that worked for everyone. Knowing that all my medical bills from my accident last year will be taken care of is a HUGE weight off my shoulders, and paying off all the bills that built up while I was out of work during my recovery.
