This attorney's office didn't even check my case didn't even ask questions I just merely told them how the city of Wheeling as well as other attorney offices didn't even check my case and this attorney office just simply says I wouldn't even represent you on this Earth under any kind of case such rude and disrespectful people without even bothering to look at their case If I could put a zero star on this i would! Every time I’ve called they are too busy to talk, never call back, they never know what’s going on with your case, never have any information period! I advise to find somebody else for your case! I was referred to this law firm by an attorney friend of mine, of whom I trust has solid judgement of firms. Jividen has an exceptional reputation as I understand. I’m certain that the actual owner of this firm is as excellent as everyone confirms; however, his much younger colleague could benefit from a lesson in professionalism and timely communication. My case was small, and much to his dismay I was not injured severely. This aside, my main complaint and reason for eventually terminating our contract was the lack of communication and outright disregard for keeping me informed. I have never been in an accident and Jordan Laird not only used scolding terms such as “you need to stop trying to control the situation” but also answered my questions with a careless “sit tight” and nothing more. I found this lack of regard to not only be highly dissatisfying and anxiety provoking, but also downright amateurish. This approach left me without any sense of confidence in his abilities as well as a lack of urgency in settling my case. Jordan never established his preferred way of communication, therefore I texted most information to him as it came to me from insurance. He almost never responded. He finally became frustrated when I took it upon myself to attempt to find answers and explanations to my questions after being hit with a rather large bill from the rental car company, which could have been avoided had Jordan communicated with my insurance company and conveyed information to me. My settlement for my vehicle was ready and waiting and there was no reason to accrue a bill. He never called. After I told him that I would like to properly pursue terminating our contract, he chose that time to tell me that he does not make it a habit to “text” his clientele. Jordan was highly unprofessional and I unfortunately received almost all of my advice/ direction from sources who were equally unimpressed with his lack of professional etiquette. I would not recommend this young attorney. Great place, great people Jividen Law Offices were sensitive to my needs in relation to my case and kept me updated every step along the way. The staff were personal but professional in every aspect and got the job done when it counted. Thanks George for getting the job done and making a huge difference when things got tough.
