Customer Reviews and Feedback for Cowboy Country Law: Review 1. Beware! Cowboy Country Law offers a very polished and welcoming front office. This really gave me and my spouse confidence in this firm, initially. However, once our payment was taken in full, any communication, receiving information, and utilizing services from this firm became a huge problem. Phone calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, phone appointments were scheduled but that attorney was a NCNS (No Call No Show) on multiple occasions, and there was little to no follow-through from the attorney or their team once the payment was taken. Regardless of repeated attempts over months to get updates or responses or even get our own files, we were left in the dark. The difference between how eager and supportive the firm was to get us onboard and to accept payment and how unresponsive they became afterwards was shocking. Professional legal representation requires communication and follow-through, and that was severely lacking from Cowboy Country Law. Proceeding with extreme caution and ensuring expectations about communication and services are explicitly addressed in writing before hiring this firm is strongly recommended because it is clear they cannot be trusted to uphold their end of the bargain, and will retain your money and ignore you.
