I recently had the assistance of Makelle Smith for my intake by the firm. They were prompt, concise, and caring. Basically because after EIGHT compression fractures in my thoracic spine I can’t find a ride to treatment and obviously can’t walk across town.. Hearing in a couple weeks with an open and close case but have no one to represent me, and I can’t find anyone to help me what so ever! And I have no clue what I’m doing… Advocate by definition is person who publicly supports or person who publicly recommends a particular cause or policy. PUBLICLY. If you pick and choose when people need your help then the should change the name to “False Hope”, or “How to waste some time“, or “Discouragement” is catchy. Wish me luck I guess… 13. These guys are great from the moment that I called them for their help.They were quick to give me resources.For Doctor's appointments, I may need counseling and other thing's.Also they checked up on me quite often I appreciate them and everything that they have done!!!! 14. I worked with Kittrell Saunders and she was an absolute lifeline during those early days. I had no idea what to do after our car accident and Kittrell took care of arranging the attorney, walked us through the process, and was always first concerned that me and my wife were getting the medical attention that we needed. We have all heard the horror stories about lawyers but Kittrell turned that perception completely around. You owe it to yourself to work with this fine group of folks! 15.
