He was polite and easy to converse with as he performed the job. He would also test his work to ensure it was perfectly done! Superb quality of job with all the steps diagnosed and completed accurately. After his first visit, I had a weekend emergency and he was quick to come. The customer service representative diagnosed the problem very well. I had a spare board on the wall installed, Jason spent enough time to thoroughly test it out to make sure everything was functioning before he left. He was also thorough with the other technician Michael. The final price was very reasonable and fairly priced. No complaints at all in a case with the first visit being emergency weekend help.
