This means that you're looking for the right information and are ready to move on to the next stage in your quest to health and wellness. My clients who are looking for alternative and holistic methods to relieve stress, anxiety and depression and/or PTSD have had the greatest success. Jessica, who had worked for many years in managed-care settings, wanted to make art therapy accessible to the general population. In 2010, she founded Art of the Soul Studio. She has been involved in art therapy projects within her locality, created art therapy programs for counselor centers, as well as served on the Indiana Art Therapy Association's board, serving both as Vice President and President. Art of the Soul, an independent center for expressive arts, is dedicated to creating a space that encourages everyone to express their creativity; developing a deeper understanding of themselves, families, and the community. Our private counseling office is made up of 5 to 6 therapists. We are all masters-level trained and four of our therapists are registered art therapists. Individual sessions and group therapy are available for adults, children, teens, and even couples. Art of the Soul Center can be found in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is just off Interstate 465.
