Firm Overview Neil Hartley is one of the worst solicitors I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very unprofessional, disorganised, and really doesn't have the communication skills of a 21st-century solicitor. The service provided by [the company] was very disappointing in many ways, but thankfully I chose to leave it behind and find a solicitor who did the job in a professional, stress-free manner. This solicitor explained everything in one sitting, which should have been done in the first place.
