Ania Danylo Acting Classes at Prelude Artists

In the 1990s, Ania Danylo started her career in film and TV and has since appeared in independent films, television commercials, television series, and movies. She was the Director of Film Acting Academy, a local film acting studio for three and a quarter years. She has been offering a wide variety of private and group courses and helps students, and professional actors with Auditions and Self-tapes. Ania holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto in Theatre and is a Registered Teacher in Speech Arts, Drama, and Piano. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist. Ania has acted as a performer for several companies and has been a Director/instructor for the Ailanthus Centre of Performing Arts, Vancouver with members from Cirque du Sol. She was the education director for Storybook Theatre in Calgary for many years. For over 20 years, Ania Danylo has worked in the theatre as an actress, director, writer, and teacher. She has directed many scripted published plays, including the Diary of Anne Frank, Strindberg's Easter, Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, Comedy of Errors, Much Ado About Nothing and Cymbeline by the Bard, and many of her original Family Scripts, toured for many years across Western Canada by Prelude Artists. She has several awards for her performances and projects. Her coaching helped several students win awards for their performances. She firmly supports each student's unique potential and works diligently to improve their acting skills in an environment that prioritizes creativity, optimism, and enjoyment.
