About Calgary Driving School LTD Calgary Driving School LTD was established in 1956 by John Herbert. He continued to teach his students safe driving until 1978 when he passed away. Many of his students still remember him as a great teacher who was honest, kind, and trustworthy. Calgary Driving School Ltd. changed ownership in 1978 when Alfred Wegener bought it. Alfred maintained John Herbert’s style of teaching the students how to drive safely until 1999. Reza Safai took the Calgary school from Alfred after many years of teaching. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration and is a Traffic Safety Specialist. Reza has a wide experience in teaching students in class and in car training. Since its inception, Calgary Driving School LTD has trained thousands of Calgary student drivers. Today, the school is training the third generation of students in the same style as John Herbert and Alfred Wegener.

Reza seems to be an effective and patient instructor. The reviews reflect the fact that most students passed their road test on the first try. The learners were very satisfied with his school, the personal learning experience and the instructors. The environment is calm, which gives learners peace of mind.
