Surprisingly, everyone, from the sales staff to the finance department, went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent experience. Our sales associate was informative and patient, not pushy, and more important was that we got to consider more options. We got the ideal car, but we also got a lot of extra goodies and they granted us a discount since it was imported. Most people had to negotiate, but we didn't, and it was to our mutual advantage. Also, their industry knowledge is unmatched, and when we visited, there was an Audi capable of looking at him. We also received gifts to take home.
