Elite Counsel was established by Rolland Lequier. The firm specializes in estate planning. At Elite, we believe that we should advise our clients in ways that would improve their quality of life. The latest statistics show that only 33% of people have a valid Last Will and Testament. Unfortunately, many of those who have a valid Will have one that is either poorly prepared or out-of-date. An appropriately prepared Will will see to it that the estate is administered in a cost-effective, clean, and harmonious manner. It is one of the most significant gifts you can give to your family. Elite Counsel can prepare a tailored strategy to handle the complexities of your estate. Avoid this company at all costs. They are only interested in making a quick buck. They made a huge mistake on our mortgage and refuse to admit any fault. Upon our meeting to sign their documents, they asked for a VOID cheque so that money can be taken out of our account for our mortgage renewal. Instead, we had set up our mortgage so that we would have to pay via Etransfer! Who pays their mortgage through etransfer? We were a day late when we were contacted by the bank saying that we were supposed to etransfer the payment...what?? Why would the lawyer ask for a VOID cheque if we were expected to "etransfer" our payment?? Now, we are being charge $700 for being late. Disgusting. Please go to a real lawyer who takes their time to go through EVERYTHING with you and actually care about their clients rather than their own pocket books.
