I'm disappointed that I used this company for my front window replacement. Took 16 months to repair the seal, and when I asked for compensation for my inconvenience, I get no communication back. They have no problem taking your money, but when you try and work with them on a decent, reasonable compensation, they go "dark". Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Will never use this company again, and will spread the word.
