North Calgary Dance

Established in 2012 in the NW Calgary, North Calgary Dance Company (NCDC) offers competitive and recreational ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip hop, lyrical, and modern classes for ages 3-18. We dance to become better humans. Our dance program is open to all students, no matter their age, ability, or socioeconomic status, with an emphasis on inclusion, respect, hard work, and fun.  Our students train to improve themselves first, and winning follows. The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is the organization we use to train and test our ballet students each year. Our students can participate in yearly exams, competitions, auditions, and festivals, as well as travel opportunities that focus on building teamwork and improving their dance training. RAD is a community of international dance teachers who are dedicated to educating the next generation of dancers. Our 10th year is coming up and we would like to thank all the families that have chosen NCDC to be their dance studio. NCDC's teaching staff includes RAD Ballet & Acrobatic Arts Teachers, and ADAPT Tap & Jazz teachers. We have 100+ years of combined experience in Calgary and across Canada. Yearly we bring in guest teachers from across Canada and the United States. This allows our students to have access to top talent and gain knowledge outside of their regular classes.
