However, while it is the cheapest storage in town, it is unheated and dimly lit in areas with access only during business hours—a bit inconvenient, but I assume that’s how they keep prices low. Still, the staff is friendly and can accommodate you, so I’d still recommend it. A perfect and safe storage place, with some limitations on parking spaces. From a personal point of view, not too happy with my experience with Safe self storage. Yes they work with you and try and accommodate you, but I lost almost all of my stuff from this so called indoor heating storage place. It's cold, mouse infested, actual doors made of wood. The heating is so bare minimum if you go in the early morning you're still frozen. I wouldn't recommend storing anything in this place. It's easy to break into the units and there's limited cameras on property. When I had brought up the concern of mice it was quickly disregarded as false because I didn't take a picture to show them although mice droppings were everywhere. I didn't get compensation for the stuff that was lost which was thousands of dollars in property. And when I was leaving the unit the mice were running around. I was so disgusted I didn't want to take any of it but I have to because there are memories and pictures that you can't replace. I'm so disappointed in the storage manager because they didn't do anything about it and they got mad at the fact that I asked for compensation. Waste of money and lost most/all my household stuff from this place. Do you have the same experience? Let's solve this together. The storage is heated, and it’s very good storage.
