All this is because of Kathleen, who is there for the couples all the time plus a co-facilitator. The whole weekend is enjoyable, and that's why it is easy to open up and learn. Everyone is encouraged to speak out, and Kathleen provides individual support whenever it is needed. She manages to show that the academia makes sense in real life, and she appreciates the feedback she gets in the group and always tries to incorporate.
