Reviews Summary
Many reviewers say that Therapy Collective is a fantastic place. Most of them give very high marks to their therapists. They found their therapists to be comfortable, perceptive and able to the calm and caring atmosphere. They have professionals like Wendy, Emily, and Corrie, who have helped them become more open and hopeful. Theirs is a welcoming, judgment-free space in which they engage in conversation. They mention intrusive thoughts, and after only one or two sessions, various clients have seen improvements. Therapy has a profound effect on many people, unlike previous therapists who did not benefit much. Clients are thankful for the care and personalization they have experienced. Corrie is a standout therapist because of her frankness and candid attitude. Her views match those of her clients, and they appreciate this. Therapy Collective provides a professional and comfortable environment for therapy. These therapists are skilled as evidenced by patient testimonials. Because the space feels like a warm, unjudgmental hug, clients find their visits delightful. Clients will be refreshed and supported for every session as it has peaceful and positive energy. Spam emails are what annoyed clients after they tried this service. It is also not for those who cannot afford it. Clients would also not turn down the opportunity to go there for free if they received spammed emails. The "feedback" tab is frustrating for clients, making the website problematic. It directs them to some other companies, which makes it unresponsive in some areas. Clients criticize this location for taking a few days to process their payments. Between the company and a mobile massage service, they are lost. The company and clients are confused as it does not benefit at all from these spam messages. The glassdoor interview is the worst thing that this company has in terms of employees working at home, and they would not recommend it. The company has nice employees and a clean and safe environment to work in and still cannot recommend this.
