This consistent, continuous relationship ensures more future purchases and service repairs in the future at the same dealership. This is sound evidence of customer loyalty. Customers’ responses reveal that how the dealership perceives is exactly how it performs. This way beyond that. In the case of a dispute, contact affordability in a dealership is essential, for any need for competition is virtually non-existent.
